Reedman Wealth Management was founded by Tim Reedman, a Chartered Financial Planner, after his tenure at Lloyd’s Private Banking, where he recognised a unique opportunity to provide tailored financial support for Superyacht Crew, who are UK Tax resident, in the maritime industry. To bring this vision to life, Tim established the Practice in Chichester, in the south of England. 

Crew members often face complex financial challenges, from navigating international tax regulations to planning for life beyond yachting. After hearing countless stories of Crew struggling to access the right financial guidance, Tim identified key areas where they were underserved and set out to bridge the gap. 

With over a decade of experience working within the maritime industry, Reedman Wealth Management has helped UK Crew members, take control of their finances, ensuring they can sail with confidence and seamlessly transition into life beyond yachting. 

Tim’s philosophy, built on over 35 years of financial services experience, is centred on maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with clients—grounded in quality, technical expertise, integrity, and excellence of service. As Reedman Wealth Management continues to grow, the team has expanded with the recruitment of Jono Watkins as a Financial Planner. Jono, an ex-Superyacht Captain, newly qualified brings first-hand experience of the challenges Crew face when trying to access financial advice. Having worked at sea himself, he understands the gaps in financial knowledge within the industry and is passionate about changing that. Now working alongside Tim, Jono is committed to elevating financial literacy across the entire Superyacht sector, ensuring Crew members are empowered to make informed financial decisions for both their time at sea and their future beyond yachting.
